A new show home is opening its doors to the public this month.
Newett Homes is unveiling the show property at Highmoor Gardens in Northowram on February 7, with visitors invited to explore the interiors, meet the team, and enjoy coffee and cake from Nowhere to Bean.

The development offers a selection of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes, each featuring solar panels, EV chargers, and an EPC rating of A or above.
Styled by Haus Interior Designers, the show home is designed to prioritise comfort, longevity and everyday functionality, while subtly reflecting the character of the local area.
