BMB Awards 2020: Award Categories

Over the last ten years, the Bradford Means Business Awards has become an event that the whole Bradford district business community looks out for.

It has gone from strength to strength since it was first held in 2010, and last year’s event – the first to be held in the heart of Bradford in a marquee in City Park – was the biggest and best yet.

And this year promises to be even bigger, with more new categories added. The tenth anniversary event promises to be a very special celebration of all that is great about business in the Bradford district.

Entries will be opening in February, and competition is bound to be fierce as the reputation of the awards continues to grow.

One of last year’s winners has no doubt of the value of the event and the benefits being nominated or winning can bring. Rich Sutcliffe’s Agency For Good won the New Business of the Year award for 2019, and he believes it has had a number of positive effects for the company.

“To be chosen above every other business in your category and city is an honour. It gives the business more credibility with customers and potential employees, and also increased publicity which can only help the bottom line.”
