Caroline has over 10 years’ experience at LocalIQ working on a variety of different projects. For the last 6 years she has specialised within the education and business sectors, creating bespoke advertising campaigns for her clients. She also works closely with the events team to organise the prestigious Business and Education Awards. Caroline is a true Yorkshire lass, she resides in Brighouse with her husband and small menagerie of animals, she never leaves the house without her kindle and reads at least 4 books a week. She loves to go on adventures and has a bucket list. Her favourites so far have been swimming in the Blue Lagoon in Iceland and washing elephants in India!

Japinder has many years’ experience working closely with SMEs in Bradford and the surrounding area, helping clients with their digital marketing requirements. Specialising in display advertising, Japinder will also help you with websites, social media and search. Japinder is a proud mum to Dhillan and enjoys exploring the outdoors with him in her spare time. Japinder’s guilty pleasures are playing bingo and putting her feet up with a glass or two of prosecco!


Damian Holmes

Journalist and Public Relations consultant

Damian Holmes has more than 30 years of experience as a journalist. He has edited papers including the Craven Herald, the Ilkley Gazette, the Keighley News, and the Whitby Gazette. He was deputy editor of the Telegraph & Argus for five years. He currently works as a freelance journalist and public relations consultant. 

Damian once appeared on the William G Stewart version of 15 to 1.
