A lawyer who joined her firm just one year after qualifying has become its newest equity partner.
Leanne Franks, head of the corporate and commercial department at Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors, which has an office at the Titan Business Centre in Bradford, has been promoted to equity partner in recognition of her outstanding contribution over the past 11 years.
Ms Franks joined Chadwick Lawrence just one year after qualifying and has since built a strong client base, advising businesses in sectors including sport, with clients such as Huddersfield Town Football Club and Leeds Rhinos.
She said: “Becoming an equity partner is something I’m really proud of, and on a personal level, it feels like recognition of the journey I’ve been on with the firm over the past 11 years.
“Starting out with no experience in corporate and commercial law, I’ve had to learn and grow at every stage, so reaching this point is incredibly rewarding.”
Neil Wilson, managing partner at Chadwick Lawrence, added: “Leanne’s contribution to the firm over the past decade has been outstanding.
