A Jobcentre in Bradford has been praised for making a powerful and lasting difference.
Bradford’s Jobcentre has been recognised for its impact in helping residents find meaningful work through targeted support and strong employer partnerships across the community.
Recent successes include a partnership with Triguard Security, which helped a long-term unemployed individual secure a supervisor role in the security sector, overseeing operations across Bradford.
Another collaboration with Headhunters delivered training in hairdressing and barbering, leading directly to employment for participants.
Ramonn and Danny Sankriwala, Employer Adviser Managers at Bradford Jobcentre, said: “Throughout this month, dedicated work coaches and employer advisers, now known as recruitment consultants, have worked side by side, combining expertise and passion to support Bradford residents in achieving their full potential.
“Their joined-up approach reflects the heart of Bradford’s employment support network — one built on trust, opportunity, and real outcomes.”
The programmes equipped individuals with practical skills and renewed confidence.
