Headquartered in Cheltenham, Portman Dental Care currently has in excess of 200 dental practices across the UK, Isle of Man and Ireland caring for more than 800,000 patients.
ACS Office is supplying the company’s practices in the UK, Isle of Man and Ireland with office supplies, electronic office supplies, janitorial and catering supplies, and furniture.
Portman Dental Care’s head of procurement, Andrew Jones, said: “We appointed ACS Office following a highly competitive tender process comprising a detailed written submission and an e-auction.
“From the start of them becoming our supplier of choice, we have been highly impressed with the adaptable, responsive and forward-thinking way the ACS Office team operates.
“They have built strong relationships with our procurement team and we are enjoying further developing our highly productive working partnership with them.”
ACS Office is part of the ACS Group which employs close to 130 people and has a turnover of £26m. Other ACS Group customers include Lloyds Pharmacy, Vertu Motors, Dixons Academies Trust, Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
This latest contract win follows ACS Group announcing its intention to double its turnover to £50m by 2026.

Established in 2008, ACS Group comprises six divisions providing services to private and public sector organisations.
In addition to ACS Office, ACS IT offers expert technology advice and support, ACS Express stocks and sells 25,000 office products and ACS Print provides professional print services.
ACS Managed Print takes care of entire print environments and ASC Interiors specialises in creating productive and inviting workspaces.
As well as its Baildon head office facilities, ACS Group has a 27,000 sq ft storage and distribution centre in nearby Shipley which was opened at the start of the year.
