‘I’m excited to be back’ – Business returns to Bradford city centre

A tailor has returned to Bradford with a new shop offering alterations and repairs.

Kasiano Wonzer, who previously operated from the old Kirkgate Market, has launched Alteration Station at the new Darley Street Market in Bradford.

Mr Wonzer, who has more than 40 years of tailoring experience, said: “I’m excited to be back in Bradford Market, welcoming old and new customers.”

Located on the Lifestyle Level next to the main entrance and courtyard, Alteration Station offers clothing repairs, altering hems and seams, and bespoke adjustments for wedding and prom dresses.

The shop also accepts curtains and other soft furnishings for repair or alterations.

The business is open from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday, in line with the Lifestyle Hall and Fresh Food Hall at Darley Street Market.

“Having a tailoring and alterations stall in Darley Street Market greatly adds to the range of services and products offered by traders on the Lifestyle Hall at the market.”
