A Bradford-based hygiene specialist is investing in its future by developing the next generation of business leaders.

Christeyns UK has launched its fifth Emerging Leaders Programme, a scheme designed to identify and develop talent across the company.

Sarah Stringer, head of HR at Christeyns, said: “We have had great success with our Emerging Leaders Programme and are delighted to be able to offer this to another 14 staff members.

“The programme covers various aspects of leadership and also includes a realistic business challenge project, giving them the opportunity to influence and add value to the business.”

The programme is part of Christeyns’ broader learning and development strategy.

It aims to embed a culture of continuous learning and talent retention.

Christeyns UK employs more than 230 people across the UK, manufacturing and supplying chemicals and engineering services to the commercial and high street laundry sectors.
