A company in Bradford has shown its support for the armed forces community through a recent awards ceremony.
Hygiene specialist, Christeyns UK, supported His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire’s Awards Ceremony, held in Huddersfield.
The event recognised the achievements of reservists, cadets, and cadet force adult volunteers.
Justin Kerslake, operations director at Christeyns UK, said: “With six veterans from the forces in our Laundry and Engineering Team, we are very aware of the skillset that ex-forces people bring, and are proud of their collective service to the country in the past,”
Christeyns UK has Silver status as an Armed Forces Covenant signatory.
The company also takes part in a range of other activities as part of its pledge, including attending a recruitment fair and a Cadet Day in York.
Christeyns UK is a family-owned business that values inclusivity and supports employees from all backgrounds, including ex-military personnel.
