Bradford mill complex – off Manchester Road – up for sale for £1.25m

A MILL building in Bradford has gone up for sale for offers over £1.25 million.

The property – St Stephen’s Mill on Ripley Street – covers 62,500 sq ft and is split into eight self-contained units.

Current occupiers include a retail warehouse, cafe, gym, recording studio, workshops, a church and offices, as well as a further unit that is currently owner-occupied.

The complex is located off the busy Manchester Road and is under a mile south of the city centre as well as being within a mile of the M606.

Commercial property consultancy Walker Singleton is selling the mill.

Director, Paul Diakiw said: “We expect St Stephen’s Mill to be a popular site, due to its strong commercial and investment appeal along with its low capital value rate of c.£20 per sq ft.

“The complex holds various asset management opportunities to include growth in the gross rental income and the possibility of development of additional units on site.

“I would strongly advise any interested parties to get in contact to discuss the opportunity and to arrange a viewing.”

There are yard areas to the side and rear of the buildings providing on-site parking as well as for loading and access.

The current gross income it provides is more than £70,000 a year.
