Building a better Bradford with Hunters Sales and Lettings

AN aspirational Bradford businessman is determined to make his company the ‘go-to’ estate agent, and to improve the perception of the city.

Admir Zenkovic took over Hunters Estate Agents and Lettings Agents just over two years ago, and is already making a positive impact, both with the business itself, and in the business community.

He has been involved in the industry for more than 12 years and saw the acquisition of Hunters – a successful pre-existing enterprise and part of a national network – as a chance to make a difference to the city’s community.

Admir’s passion for his cause is very evident, and he says: “I want to promote Bradford, which has suffered from a negative image for many years. By working with other businesses and organisations in the city, we can build a better Bradford.

“I grew up here and I want to get everyone on the same page with the aim of regenerating the city and fostering a true community spirit. We have remained in the city centre and are determined to drive business back into what is the prime place to be.”

It has been Admir’s goal to improve and expand the services that Hunters offer, which included a full office upgrade at the end of 2018. They deal with sales, lettings, property management, conveyancing, auctions and mortgages, and are included on all the online sales portals.

The staff are happy to work with other companies in the area to refer clients to where they feel they might be better served.

“There is a hugely diverse market in Bradford, and If we feel we can’t help someone with what they need, we will suggest another company that better suits them.”

Hunters sells houses from £12,000 to more than a million, and Admir sees the business growing over the next few years, but without losing that personal touch that he feels that customers deserve.

With more than 60 per cent of their custom coming from recommendations, Admir is determined to fulfil the expectations of their clients. “We want the process to be as smooth as possible,” he says, “and we will oversee every step along the way – chasing where necessary and striving to enhance the customer experience.”

The team have been trained in the Hunters Academy, which is recognised by the property industry’s regulating bodies, and they pride themselves on offering a top-rated service.

Admir’s commitment to his home town extends to supporting local schools, sports clubs and charities.

“It’s not an exaggeration to say that, even after more than 12 years in the industry, I enjoy what I do,” he admits. “I’m still very active in the business, doing a lot of the groundwork, and there’s not one morning that I get up and don’t want to come to work.”

As part of their sales package, Hunters offers free photography and floor plans, and accommodate their client base with out-of-hours appointments. There is also a manned, 24-hour phoneline system for both sales and lettings customers.

Hunters have sale/letting fee options to suit clients’ individual needs, as well as protection for landlords with Rent Protection and Eviction Cover, included in managed service.
