A LEGAL firm which has “deep connections” in Bradford has revealed plans for further growth in the city.

Switalskis’ office at Scorex House, Bolton Road, employs 25 workers in its commercial property, conveyancing and care legal teams, as well as business support staff.

The commercial property team in Bradford is led by Claire Murphy, director and solicitor.

She said: “We decided to establish our commercial property presence in Bradford in 2023.

“This was driven by the city’s need for additional, dedicated, local expertise in this area of law.

“We’ve just welcomed two new solicitors to our commercial property team.

“Looking ahead, we anticipate further growth in Bradford and have plans to further expand the team in the coming months.

“We pride ourselves in delivering expert legal advice with a personal touch, always focused on the individual needs of our clients.”
