A cleaning contract has been awarded for one of Bradford’s most high-profile entertainment venues.

Hawes Property Services, based in Bradford, will serve as the official cleaning and facilities support provider for Bradford Live.

The company will deliver regular cleaning operations and full event cleaning services to support the venue’s busy programme.

Bradford Live is set to become a central hub for entertainment, business, and culture.

The cleaning contract covers facilities management as well as event-specific cleaning for the venue’s growing calendar of shows, awards, and community gatherings.

Hawes Property Services will provide trained staff, specialised equipment, and environmentally responsible cleaning solutions as part of the agreement.

The venue is managed by Trafalgar Entertainment Company and operated by Trafalgar Tickets.
