Frive meal service launches new digital learning platform

A meal prep business has launched a new digital learning hub for employees.

Frive, a chef-prepared meal service operating across Yorkshire, has introduced My Frive, a central learning platform.

My Frive offers access to more than 600 training resources, including mental health support, soft skills, and industry compliance courses.

Aaron McCarter, learning and development manager at Frive, said: “The launch of our new learning management platform has driven outstanding engagement, showing our team’s clear appetite for growth.

“It reflects the quality of both the content and the platform, and our people’s commitment to developing their skills.”

Developed in partnership with Bradford-based digital learning experts Titus Learning, the platform has already seen 95 per cent of active employees engage with it, with 85 per cent completing mandatory training.

Mary O’Hara, enterprise learning and development consultant at Titus Learning, said: “Frive’s vision for My Frive was clear from day one: to create a learning culture where every team member feels empowered.

“The results speak for themselves – 95 per cent engagement is among the highest we’ve seen.”

Frive plans to grow its revenue from £60 million to £200 million over the next four years, with My Frive set to play a key role in supporting team development and business expansion.
