A POPULAR Bradford spot has once again taken the top spot at a prestigious national awards ceremony.
Café J’adore, based on Chester Street, has been crowned Best Restaurant in Bradford at the 2025 British Restaurant Awards, marking the fourth consecutive year it has won the accolade.
The annual event, now in its seventh year, took place at the Crown Hotel in London on Monday evening and celebrates the best in the UK’s dining scene.
Winners are chosen through public votes and industry recognition.
Owner Raja Sakandar said the win was a huge honour for both the team and the city.
“It’s an incredible feeling to win this award again,” he said.
“To be recognised at a national level is a proud moment for all of us.
“We put our heart and soul into everything we do, from the food to the service, and to see that hard work pay off is just amazing.”
He added that Café J’adore’s focus has always been on creating a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
“Great food is important, but for us, hospitality comes first,” said Raja.
“Whether someone’s popping in for a quick drink or celebrating a special occasion, we want every visit to feel personal and enjoyable. That’s always been our priority.”
Raja also praised his dedicated team and loyal customer base for their continued support.
“Our team works tirelessly, day in and day out,” he said.
“None of this would be possible without them, or their incredible dedication behind the scenes.
“It also wouldn’t be possible without our amazing customers, who’ve shown us so much love over the past three years.
“Their feedback, loyalty, and enthusiasm keep us motivated to keep raising the bar.”
Café J’adore recently launched a new menu featuring a range of fresh and unique dishes.
“Last week we launched a brand new menu full of exciting dishes that you won’t get anywhere else in Bradford,” said Raja.
“There are some other exciting announcements on the horizon, we’re not standing still.
“To stand among such great restaurants and come out on top is humbling.
“We’re proud to represent Bradford, and we’ll keep working hard to do the city justice.”
