A care provider in West Yorkshire has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
CJP Outreach Services, based in Brighouse and part of Procurae Group, received the top rating across four out of five inspection domains: Safe, Effective, Caring and Responsive.
The CQC praised its “exemplary service provision” and exceptional commitment to person-centred care.
Robin Sidebottom, CEO of Procurae Group, said: “This rating reflects the exceptional care and support being delivered by the team at CJP.
“Our caring and dedicated staff team should be incredibly proud of this CQC report which highlights the sector-leading work they are providing.”
The inspection focused on six individuals in Brighouse receiving personal care, under the company’s CQC registration.
CJP supports adults with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs.
Of more than 16,000 homecare providers inspected by the CQC, fewer than three per cent hold an overall Outstanding rating.
The service was also rated Outstanding in 2019.
