Saltaire-based eLearning company Titus has appointed Louise Sprawling as its new Head of People & Culture following a period of rapid growth over the last 18 months.

In the newly created position, Louise will lead and maintain the people & culture arm of the business and will utilise her experience within senior HR roles to support and develop the employee experience strategy within the business.

Louise brings a wealth of experience, having held senior positions including Head of HR at education resource focused Classroom Secrets, as well as HR Business Partner for EdTech specialists Frog Education.
