A Saltaire-based company has been named one of the best places to work.
Titus, a digital learning and EdTech solutions provider, has been included in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list.
The list recognises organisations across the UK that excel in employee engagement, workplace well-being, and positive culture.
The selection is based entirely on independent, anonymous feedback from employees.
Titus, which operates out of Saltaire, West Yorkshire, focuses on creating custom digital learning platforms and content for global brands, universities, and public sector organisations.
Its recognition on the list emphasises its commitment to fostering a people-centric workplace culture, anchored in trust, shared purpose, and continuous professional development.
Duncan Marrison, managing director at Titus, joined the company last year and was immediately drawn to the founders’ dedication to preserving the company’s culture.
He said: “When I joined Titus as managing director last year, one of the things that really attracted me to the business was how strongly the founders cared about protecting the culture they had built.
“It was clear from day one that the values, sense of purpose, and the way people support each other was something special and not just to preserve, but to build on as the business grows.
“Being named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work is a hugely proud moment because it reflects the experience and feedback of our own people.
“This recognition belongs to everyone at Titus: the founders who shaped the culture, the team who protect it every day, and the business we’re continuing to build together.”
Feedback from the staff survey highlighted several strengths within the company, with particularly high scores in workplace pride, empowerment, and job satisfaction.
As the tech sector continues to evolve, Titus remains committed to upholding the core values and care that define its internal team experience.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list is a nationwide celebration of workplaces that go above and beyond in creating positive environments for their employees.
Titus’s inclusion in this list underscores its ongoing efforts in championing employee well-being and engagement.
In other news, Schofield Sweeney has also been listed in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the third year running.
The Bradford-based commercial law firm was praised for its workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall experience.
It is one of only two businesses in the city to receive this recognition this year.
The firm, which employs 175 people, offers various perks to support employee wellbeing, including mental health first aiders, suicide prevention champions, posture workshops, and massages.
Staff also have the opportunity to participate in football, netball, and softball teams.

Team-building activities like camping trips and a Bake-Off event were also noted.
Graham Sweeney, managing partner at Schofield Sweeney, expressed pride in the firm’s reputation as a desirable place to work.
