A BRADFORD law firm is experiencing significant growth after being named among the UK’s top employers.
LCF Law, headquartered in Bradford, was included in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in the medium-sized business category, marking the second time it has received this accolade.
The recognition coincides with a period of expansion for the firm, which has recruited 22 new team members since the start of the year.
LCF Law, a full-service regional practice, employs more than 145 people across offices in Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate, and Ilkley.
According to WorkL, the firm achieved an overall employee satisfaction score of 86 percent, with scores in all categories assessed being above 80 percent, which is significantly higher than the industry standard.
The results were based entirely on anonymous employee feedback, measuring six key areas: job satisfaction, wellbeing, information sharing, empowerment, pride, and reward and recognition.
LCF Law’s Managing Partner, Ragan Montgomery, stated that the listing was an “important endorsement” of the firm’s “people-first culture” during a period of growth and transition.
