With a profound passion for manufacturing and over two decades of experience in the industry, Louise has been Chief Executive officer and co-owner at Mansfield Pollard & Co. Ltd since orchestrating an MBO in 2019. Originally ascending the ranks at a lighting manufacturer most notably as Sales Director in 2017, Lou contributed significantly to the successful sale of the company to an Austrian PLC, achieving remarkable sales growth from £3 million to almost £18 million.
Today, as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner, Louise Frankland stands as a seasoned professional with a rich tapestry of experiences.
