Azets appoints new partner with more than 13 years’ experience

Azets has appointed Iffy Hussein as a new corporate finance partner.

The business advisory group, which has an office in Bradford, is strengthening its corporate finance presence in Yorkshire with the addition of Mr Hussein.

Mr Hussein brings more than 13 years of experience from EY and PwC.

Lee Humble, UK head of corporate finance at Azets, said: “Iffy’s extensive experience supporting a range of businesses through all aspects of corporate finance will be an asset to our team.

“We’ve advised and closed a significant number of deals this year despite the M&A market being one of the most turbulent in recent memory.

“I’m confident that figure will continue to increase now Iffy has joined us.”

Mr Hussein will be based in Azets’ Leeds office, serving clients across Yorkshire and the UK.

His appointment follows the recent additions of corporate finance executive Joshua Wright and corporate finance manager Adam Mulla to the Yorkshire team.

Mr Hussein said: “It is an exciting time to join Azets as the company continues on its impressive national and international growth journey.

“With its national and international strength and local focus, Azets is able to provide that support and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to play my part.”
