A Bradford law firm has reported a nine per cent rise in net profit.
Gordons achieved the increase for the year ending March 31, 2025, reaching £13.2 million, while turnover grew by seven per cent to £23.8 million.
The results mark five consecutive years of growth, with net profit rising by 60 per cent and turnover up 32 per cent since 2020.
Victoria Davey, managing partner at Gordons, said: “Our financial performance is a direct result of the strength and depth of the trusted relationships we build with our clients.
“These relationships, along with our distinctive values and entrepreneurial culture, provide the foundations for our ongoing growth.
“It is a winning formula that continues to drive further success for the firm and our clients, as evidenced by our positive start to the first half of this financial year.”
Gordons employs 170 people across its Bradford and Leeds offices.
The firm rewarded all staff with a bonus payment equivalent to five per cent of their annual salary.
It also promoted two new partners during the year: Paul Joyce, head of property disputes, and Mark Smith, a specialist in construction and engineering disputes.
The firm continues to support its Gordons Law Apprenticeship and other social mobility programmes.
