A Bradford pub has been recognised for the quality and standards of its toilets.
The Turls Green in Centenary Square, Bradford, received a platinum plus award in the Loo of the Year Awards 2025.
Two other pubs in the area, The Myrtle Grove in Main Street, Bingley, and The Obediah Brooke in Bradford Road, Cleckheaton, were each awarded a platinum grading.
Nicki Hanson, manager of The Turls Green, said: “We are delighted with the grading.
“Staff at the pub ensure the toilets are in excellent condition at all times and it is great that this has been recognised by the inspectors.”
The Loo of the Year Awards are aimed at promoting high standards in public washroom facilities.
Inspectors make unannounced visits and assess facilities on criteria including cleanliness, accessibility, décor, and equipment.
Becky Wall, managing director of the Loo of the Year Awards 2025, said: “The toilets at the three pubs have been designed and fitted out to a very high standard and are both clean and well maintained.
“The pubs deserve their gradings.”
All toilets are graded from bronze up to diamond, with the highest accolades reserved for those that excel in every category.
Facilities deemed unacceptable are left ungraded.
