A travel agency has taken home a hat-trick of gold awards at a national ceremony.

Hays Travel, the UK’s largest independent travel agent, which has a site in Bradford, won gold in every category it was nominated for at the 2025 British Travel Awards.

The company was named Best National Travel Retailer, Best Travel Agency for Cruise Holidays, and Best Retailer for Forex/Travel Money at the event held on Monday, December 8, at Grosvenor House in London.

Dame Irene Hays, owner and chair of Hays Travel, said: “We are thrilled to have won three golds for the third year in a row.

The British Travel Awards are consumer-voted, and in 2024 saw 420,000 individuals cast more than 1.6 million votes.

Dame Hays added: “Whether they’re caring for customers or supporting behind the scenes, these awards belong to all our people.

The awards were collected by Hays Travel representatives Paula Barrett, Beccy Rayner, and Phoebe Thompson.
