The growth has taken place at the historic mixed-use estate in Halifax, known for its flexible workspaces.
Among the expanding companies is global equipment management firm EMS, which has increased its office space by 25 per cent to 3,000 sq ft as part of its rapid growth programme.
The Chef Benson-Smith Academy, founded by Michelin-trained chef Matthew Benson-Smith, has also expanded to support higher-level training in hospitality and catering.

Sew Different, an international sewing retreat, has increased its space by 50 per cent to 1,500 sq ft to accommodate more workstations, displays, and a new shop area.

Dean Clough is home to around 150 businesses employing more than 3,500 people.
The site offers a mix of Grade A offices, retail, leisure, and cultural amenities, including six galleries and a theatre.
