AN affordable housing scheme has been shortlisted for a national award.
Odette’s Point, an £8.1 million development in Keighley, could win Best Suburban Affordable Housing Development at the 2026 Inside Housing Development Awards.
The scheme, delivered by Manningham Housing Association (MHA) in partnership with Avant Homes, Homes England and Bradford Council, forms part of a wider 124-home development on Shann Lane.
It has provided 36 three and four-bedroom family homes for social rent.
Lee Bloomfield, chief executive of Manningham Housing Association, said: “It is a remarkable achievement for a small BME housing association to be shortlisted twice for such a prestigious national award.
“Our success highlights the quality of the homes and MHA’s ability to work productively and successfully with key partners to deliver high-quality affordable homes for people who need them most.”
The scheme is one of two MHA developments shortlisted in the category.
