The tree, which has been organised by Bradford Bronte Rotary Club, was launched in Centenary Square this morning.
The rotary club committee is inviting businesses and individuals to support the multi-cultural festive tree that will be in Centenary Square throughout the month of December.
The tree is designed to celebrate the positive way in which the region embraces multi-culturalism and the many communities and businesses within it who live and work together.
In a world often divided, the tree is said to demonstrate the true power of multi-culturalism.
The launch event was attended by civic dignitaries, community leaders and representatives from a wide range of faiths and cultural backgrounds, representing the inclusive heart of Bradford.
Saleem Kadeer, from The Rotary Foundation, said: “We are delighted to once again host our annual multi-faith tree event in Centenary Square, Bradford, celebrating the unity, cooperation, and harmony in which organisations, professionals, and communities across Bradford and the wider region live and work together.
“Each year, the multi-faith tree stands proudly alongside the traditional Christmas tree in Centenary Square, opposite the Town Hall. Various organisations and businesses sponsor a bauble, which is then placed on the tree.

“It stands for the way communities and businesses who live and work together.
“The baubles represent our people and businesses and they show the true power of an inclusive city. The baubles have been sponsored by the businesses and organisations listed who have expressed a wish in joining our celebration.
“This initiative has been supported by the Rotary Club of Bradford Bronte as part of the Rotary District 1040, Yorkshire, Humberside and North Lincolnshire.
