The first homes have gone on sale at a new development in Bradford.
Housebuilder Avant Homes West Yorkshire has released properties at its Five Rise Quarter scheme off Keighley Road in Bingley, which will eventually comprise 93 homes as part of a £23 million project.
Hannah Orgille, sales and marketing director at Avant Homes West Yorkshire, said: “Five Rise Quarter has generated high levels of interest from buyers since we first announced our plans for the development, so it’s fantastic to release these first homes for sale.
“Bingley is an ideal place to call home.
“It has convenient access to Bradford and Leeds, a number of excellent schools nearby.
“We anticipate these homes will prove popular with those looking to move in or to Bingley, so encourage any interested buyers to speak with our sales team about calling Five Rise Quarter their new home.”
The development offers a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes, with prices for the first homes starting at £284,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Baildon and rising to £324,995 for a three-bedroom detached Maltby.
