THREE units at a new trade counter estate have been let before construction was completed.
The lettings took place at Eccleshill Park on Harrogate Road, a 2.8-acre site developed by Opus North near Leeds Bradford Airport.
Carter Towler acted on behalf of Opus North and the Leeds and London Group.
Hazel Cooper, associate director at Carter Towler, said: “This has been an exciting scheme for us to be involved with.
“The level of enquiries we have seen from the outset has been extremely encouraging.
“Screwfix, Toolstation and Howdens have taken Units 1, 3 and 5 with a combined floor area of approximately 15,000 sq ft.
