A placemaker has contributed to a positive set of annual results published by its parent company.
Morgan Sindall Group reported strong progress and “robust earnings growth” in full-year results released on February 25, 2026.
The group saw a 10 per cent rise in revenue to more than £5 billion, with adjusted operating profits up 39 per cent to £232.6 million.

Muse’s success was underpinned by the continued expansion of its development pipeline, which grew by 29 per cent to £6.3 billion, including preferred bidder positions.

The pipeline includes around 22,000 new homes across 24 communities, with more than a quarter designated as affordable housing.
In the past year, Muse turned eight opportunities into signed development agreements, including projects in Durham and Wakefield.
