Yorkshire placemaker helps boost parent company’s growth to £5bn

A placemaker has contributed to a positive set of annual results published by its parent company.

Morgan Sindall Group reported strong progress and “robust earnings growth” in full-year results released on February 25, 2026.

The group saw a 10 per cent rise in revenue to more than £5 billion, with adjusted operating profits up 39 per cent to £232.6 million.

Simon Dew, director of development management at Muse – Yorkshire & North East, said: “We are pleased to contribute to the performance of our parent company Morgan Sindall Group.

“We are excited to be at a point of real opportunity to drive forward positive, meaningful growth.

“We are looking forward to building on this national momentum by creating high-quality, sustainable, places where people can live, work and thrive in Yorkshire & the North East.”

Muse’s success was underpinned by the continued expansion of its development pipeline, which grew by 29 per cent to £6.3 billion, including preferred bidder positions.
