First Bus has announced a renewed partnership with the Bradford Bulls.
The agreement will see the bus operator sponsor the club’s new women’s team kit as part of a wider effort to promote sustainable travel and strengthen community links.
The company is also set to deliver a dedicated training programme for the club’s wheelchair rugby team.
Joe Morphet, marketing manager at First Bus, said: “We are so proud to stand alongside the Bradford Bulls and the women’s team.
“As a company rooted in the communities we serve, we see every day how important sport is in bringing people together.
“Supporting the team and encouraging sustainable travel to matches is a positive way for us to invest locally and help make matchdays accessible to as many people as possible.”
Ian Stafford, commercial manager at Bradford Bulls, added: “It recognises the role transport plays in enabling participation, whether that’s club staff getting to work, or supporters travelling to Odsal.”
The partnership will include a community day at Odsal Stadium to promote bus travel to home fixtures.
