TWENTY years of behind-the-scenes support are being celebrated.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) is marking two decades of partnership with IT services provider Koris365, which has helped keep the charity’s vital operations running smoothly since January 2006.
The partnership, renewed every three years under a Gift in Kind agreement, sees Koris365 deliver IT support, infrastructure, and expertise, with around £34,000 of IT support provided each year.
Clive Atkins, managing director at Koris365, said: “We feel privileged and proud to support such a hugely important charity.
“YAA’s services can mean the difference between life and death to people across Yorkshire, and as a local organisation, we are delighted to be part of the team.”
The Koris365 team has resolved more than 20,000 IT support tickets and carried out around 80 service reviews over the past 20 years.
Andrew Hastings, IT manager at Yorkshire Air Ambulance, said: “Our IT systems are absolutely critical to how we operate.
