A Bingley-based air conditioning company has joined the Climate Care Solutions (CCS) group.
Europe Air Conditioning (EAC) has become part of the group, which also includes East Anglia’s Sapphire Cooling Systems, following a deal advised on by KBS Corporate.
A statement from the CCS group read: “We are proud that CCS has become the majority shareholder in EAC, further strengthening our position in the UK’s HVAC sector.
“EAC brings a wealth of experience, a reputation for quality, and deep industry knowledge, all of which align perfectly with the ethos at CCS.
“This partnership opens the door to new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and growth, while ensuring each business retains its individual strengths and identity.”
Nathan Leah, associate director at KBS Corporate, said: “I’m delighted to have supported the shareholders of EAC through their transaction.
“CCS are an excellent acquirer and we are all very confident that the business will only continue to progressively develop under their ownership.
“A special thanks to Mackrell Solicitors for all sell-side legal work, as well as Ansons Solicitors on the buy-side.”
Founded and incorporated in 2006, EAC designs, installs, repairs, and maintains heating and ventilation systems.
It has worked with clients in sectors including healthcare, leisure, education, construction, retail, and transport.
