Bradford firm celebrates 30 years in business by offering new role

A BRADFORD firm is celebrating 30 years in business.

TL Dallas Independent Financial Services, founded in 1993, has a team of seven dedicated and experienced Independent Financial Advisers and support staff.

The firm works with corporate and personal clients providing financial advice, pension fund management services, and employee benefits packages.

It is currently looking to expand and recruit another experienced Independent Financial Adviser.

Director, Gary Nixon, said: “I joined the business over 25 years ago and am proud to say three of our team, Jane Maclauchlan, Lynsey Brannan and Kristina Karmann, have also been with the firm for more than 15 years each.

“As we celebrate three decades in business, we plan to create at least one new permanent role to support the growth of our business.”

Fellow Associate Director, Jane Maclauchlan, added: “We have a loyal client base and work for many high-net-worth individuals and businesses of all sizes that are based across the UK.

“Our clients enjoy the continuity of service they receive and the added value we provide – many of our personal clients take advantage of our pension management, inheritance tax and retirement planning advice.

“Nearly all of our new clients come from referrals by our existing clients, which is a testament to the quality of work carried out by the team.

“Over the last 20 years, pension rules have changed a lot. There is much more choice these days, but with increased options, comes the need for more detailed and considered advice.

“The majority of our personal clients have used our services for many years, and we are very proud of the extensive research and suitability reporting that we carry out, which helps clients to make their decisions in an informed manner.

“Compliance is also an area that has changed a lot over the years and it’s something we are fully committed to. With new Consumer Duty rules coming into effect this year, clients can be assured that they will receive a high standard of consumer protection.”

Managing Director at TL Dallas, Polly Staveley, said: “Gary and the team have built up an impressive reputation and loyal client base over the years, whilst recruiting and retaining some of the most talented people in the industry.

“They also help to support the next generation through an Apprenticeship programme, and we are delighted to congratulate the latest trainee, Sam Sharpley who has passed all of his financial services exams recently.”
