Bradford Bulls have revealed some big news on the sponsorship front for their women’s team.
The club have just announced a major partnership with First Bus, which includes the local bus operator becoming the main sponsors of the women’s team.
Building on the success of last year’s partnership, Bradford Bulls and First Bus are also extending their relationship beyond matchdays to focus on supporting the community.
This includes delivering a dedicated training programme for the club’s wheelchair rugby team, helping players and the public build confidence and independence when boarding and alighting buses.
The partnership will also see the club and First Bus come together to host a community-focused day at Bartercard Odsal Stadium, bringing people together off the field as well as on it.
Along with practical support for the women’s programme, First Bus is also promoting sustainable travel to fixtures at Bartercard Odsal Stadium.
By encouraging supporters to travel by bus, both organisations hope to reduce matchday congestion, lower carbon emissions and make attending games more accessible for families and young fans.
Joe Morphet, marketing manager at First Bus said: “We are so proud to stand alongside the Bradford Bulls and the women’s team.
“As a company rooted in the communities we serve, we see every day how important sport is in bringing people together.
