A law firm has opened a new office as part of its continued expansion.
Ison Harrison, a 100 per cent employee-owned practice, has launched its latest location in the Little Germany district of Bradford.
The Bradford office expands the firm’s network to 25 locations and further strengthens its footprint in West Yorkshire, focusing on legal aid and other services.
Tim Burt, partner at Ison Harrison and head of the Little Germany office, said: “By increasing our visibility and accessibility in Bradford, we can further strengthen our support to individuals and families facing difficult legal situations and create a platform for the continued development of our commercial and private client teams.
“This is an important step in our long-term investment in the district and reflects our confidence in the area.”
The office will serve as a meeting space for clients by appointment and will act as a visible city-centre base for the firm’s growing team in Bradford.
Mr Burt, a specialist family law partner and member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, will lead a team including Parveen Ahmed, Kauser Farid, Munibah Qureshi, Jessica Hudson, Neha Kanda, Claire Loftus, and Reena Chauhan.
The team will support clients across a broad range of legal matters.
The expansion supports the firm’s commitment to strengthening services linked to its legal aid contract.
It comes after sustained growth in the region and complements existing branches in Bingley and Queensbury.
Jonathan Wearing, managing director of Ison Harrison, said: “Since opening in Bingley in 2021 and expanding into Queensbury in 2024, we have built strong and lasting relationships with clients across Bradford.
“Demand for our services continues to grow, and this new Bradford location, which will operate differently from our other offices to provide maximum flexibility and convenience to clients, allows us to deepen our presence in the city while supporting the communities we already serve.”
Ison Harrison became fully employee-owned in 2022.
Since then, it has nearly doubled its revenue to more than £35 million for 2025, opened multiple new offices including Brighouse, Skipton, and Middlesbrough, and made individual profit distributions to eligible employees totalling over £16,600 each.
