LOCATION revealed of a new espresso bar promising to bring a taste of Sicily to Bradford.
Cannolo Bottega, a self-titled “espresso bar and patisserie boutique”, announced plans earlier in the year to open a food venue in a then yet to be revealed location.
In a “soft launch” video posted on TikTok yesterday (February 14), the coffee bar has confirmed that it will be opening in Wibsey.
In the video posted on social media, owners wrote, “Cannolo Bottega soft launch – Sunday 15th February 108 Wibsey High Street.”
The cafe, to open on Wibsey High Street at a yet undisclosed date, will offer a small selection of Sicilian pastries – called Cannoli.
Cannoli consists of a tube-shaped shell of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet and creamy filling containing ricotta cheese
Describing the taste on its website, Cannolo Bottega said: “Porcelain-white ricotta cream, Marsala rouge, and deep mocha black swirl together in a daring embrace of warmth and sophisticated elegance.”
The venue will make up the delectable sweet treats in a small ‘Mignon’ and big ‘Grande’ options.
Fillings include classic ricotta cream and ‘Etna pistachio’.
The Cannoli will have the option to be topped with different ingredients – including some out there savoury flavours like “Italian Black Truffle” caviar.

“Hand-piped and made to order, each creation is a quiet testament to craft and flavour,” reads the website.
“Nestled in the heart of the city, CANNOLO seeks to be more than a destination – a whispered encounter with Sicilian elegance, a hidden boutique experience that inspires connection and lingers in memory.”
