AN e-learning provider has reached a major learning milestone.

Ilkley-based High Speed Training has now certified four million learners across more than 170 courses since it was founded in 2008.

The company delivers online compliance and development training for a range of sectors, including professional services, hospitality, logistics, construction, and health and social care.

Dr Richard Anderson, learning experience director at High Speed Training, said: “To reach such a significant milestone is an incredibly exciting achievement.

“I’d like to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of our 4 million learners for being with us on this journey and helping us create such a fantastic community.”

He said learners are “at the heart” of the company’s mission to “keep people safe.”

Dr Anderson said: “Ever since our inception, we have always strived to create exceptional experiences, empowering our learners and the organisations they work in and striving to keep people safe.”

In 2023, the company became an Employee Owned Trust, and is now wholly owned by its employees, enabling staff to have a financial and directional say in how the business operates.

High Speed Training is also a registered B Corp.

In the latest Best Companies Awards, High Speed Training was voted 6th Best Company to Work for in the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
