Former Manchester City safeguarding lead joins UK leading nursery provider

A new head of safeguarding has been appointed at one of the UK’s leading day nursery providers.

Ryan Greenhalgh has taken up the post at Partou, which operates three settings across Bradford, bringing more than 15 years of experience in safeguarding, children’s services, and education.

Mr Greenhalgh said: “It’s exciting to be joining Partou, where safeguarding is a core priority across all settings, supporting high-quality early years environments for children.

“I am passionate about creating safe, positive cultures in organisations where care comes first, and I look forward to playing a part in delivering fantastic experiences for all our children and families.”

He previously led safeguarding strategy and governance at Manchester City Football Club.

Mr Greenhalgh’s career also includes roles at Barnardo’s and Coram Voice.
