More than 200 new homes could be built as part of a major development project in Bradford.
Doncaster-based housebuilder Keepmoat has announced plans to expand its New Bolton Woods scheme in Bradford, forming part of a wider investment of more than £50 million in Yorkshire.
The proposals include two additional phases of development, subject to planning approval, and are part of a broader plan that will see 279 new homes delivered across Halifax, Sheffield and Bradford.

Keepmoat will partner with Canal Road Urban Village Limited and Bradford Council to deliver the plans.
Almost 70 per cent of its current developments are on brownfield sites.
Elsewhere in Yorkshire, the company has also started work in Halifax and is to build 41 new distinctive homes in Shirecliffe, Sheffield, through a regeneration partnership with Sheffield Housing Company (SHC).

The company regularly works in partnership with landowners, housing associations and local authorities to deliver large-scale developments.
Of the 279 homes planned across the three sites, 122 will be delivered through affordable housing schemes.
