Unity Homes and Enterprise, based in Leeds, held the free event in Chapeltown, attracting residents from across Yorkshire.
The fair, held at the Ramgarhia Sports Centre, featured 22 exhibitors, including Leeds United Football Club, West Yorkshire Police, Lloyds Bank, and Arriva Rail Services.
Attendees were able to speak directly with employers and agencies about job opportunities, training, and volunteering.
Sean Kelly, regeneration manager at Unity Homes and Enterprise, said: “There is no doubt that we have set the bar very high with the inaugural Unity Careers Fair.
“Thanks to the feedback and experiences gained, we hope to raise the standard even higher next time around.”

The event was attended by councillors Asghar Ali, Jane Dowson, Cristiana Mirosanu, and Mohammed Rafique.
Exhibitors praised the chance to network and engage with the community, describing the event as valuable and impactful.
