Laundry chemical manufacturer Christeyns is celebrating after winning at the prestigious laundry industry awards, recognized for its continued work in the development of innovative and sustainable laundry solutions.

Last Thursday Christeyns won the Best New Product category at the Laundry and Dry Cleaning Awards (LADAs) held at Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey.

Christeyns won the award for its PureSan wash concept, aimed at improving the wash quality for hospitality linen in commercial laundries.  Renowned worldwide for its sustainable wash solutions, PureSan is no exception and has received the EU Ecolabel as confirmation of its green credentials

 “We were delighted with the award win which recognizes our contribution to the industry and underlines our continuous work to find improved and more sustainable solutions in the laundry sector,” said Operations Director Justin Kerslake.

The LADAs are an annual event aimed at highlighting the best in the UK laundry and drycleaning business, recognising exceptional individuals, companies and products that bring a new level of customer service and professionalism to the industry, helping it face the challenges of changing society and technology head-on.

Christeyns UK is based in Bradford. Its principal focus is the manufacture and supply of detergents and supporting chemicals for the commercial laundry sector across the UK in which it is the market leader.
