Cedar Court Hotel, off Mayo Avenue and Rooley Lane, played host to the thrilling night on Friday, July 19.
The awards recognised the very best businesses across the Bradford district and gave those on the shortlist an opportunity to celebrate their success with colleagues and clients. 12 awards were presented to bosses and individuals from businesses spread across a range of different sectors during the ceremony which also included entertainment from esteemed host Aaron Calvert.
On the night, LOCALiQ sales director Steve Lowe said, “If you entered an award, you are already a winner. The reason I say that is if you are and or owner of a business which done something that deserves recognition, you should pat yourself on the back because that is a positive trait. Very rarely do we stop and reflect and say are we doing a good job.
“Whether you win or not, if you got put in for an entry it means there is something in your business that you are doing well. I want to thank everyone for coming. Congratulations to all the winners!
“I want to thank our sponsors. We have got 15 fantastic sponsors, and my last thank you goes to Bradford College. They have stepped in this year as our headline sponsor. We have got a fantastic partnership with them.”
Executive director of Bradford 2025, Dan Bates then took to the stage and added, “We are really proud to help support these awards this evening. Next year is the most significant year in Bradford’s history. Be proud of it”.
