Christeyns UK and Oscrete earn ‘Gold’ from Investors in People

Two companies have been recognised for their commitment to their employees following an accreditation process.

Christeyns UK and its sister company Oscrete have been awarded the ‘Gold’ benchmark by Investors in People.

The ‘We Invest in People’ Gold standard is designed to highlight organisations that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to providing a positive work environment for their staff.

This accolade is given to companies that “have the right policies in place” and also signifies that every individual in the company – from senior leadership to apprentices – takes ownership in bringing those policies “to life,” per a spokesperson.

Robert Clark, HR manager at Christeyns UK, said: “We believe that the success of our business starts and ends with our people.

“By making work better for everyone, we not only strengthen our organisation but contribute to a healthier, more engaged workforce, and society as a whole.”

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Christeyns and Oscrete.

“Achieving Gold accreditation on ‘We Invest in People’ is a fantastic accomplishment, and places them among an elite group of organisations that truly understand the value of investing in their people.”
