FSD warehouse sale among highlights of Bradford-based dealmaker

A Bradford-based associate director has been named West Yorkshire’s second most active individual dealmaker.

Matt Jennings, who is the associate director of Leeds-headquartered Eddisons, led 53 property deals in the county in 2024, earning him the accolade from property research platform, EGI Radius.

He was also the third most active property dealmaker across the Yorkshire and Humber region, according to EGI Radius.

Deals headed by Mr Jennings in 2024 included the sale of the historic 36,500 sq ft Stone Hall Mill in Bradford to bed and mattress manufacturer Wow Lifestyle.

Mr Jennings, and the Eddisons agency team in Bradford, also acted for sliding doors manufacturer FSD in the sale of its 45,000 sq ft warehouse in the city to bakery group Regal Food Products.

Eddisons itself emerged as EGI Radius’s “most active commercial property agent across England,” as described by a spokesperson for Eddisons; it took second place in Yorkshire and the Humber.

Managing partner at Eddisons, Anthony Spencer, said: “We are really proud that our commercial agency teams, in Yorkshire and across the country, are renowned for their extensive on-the-ground local presence combined with a national reach.”

Eddisons employs around 500 people across a national network of more than 30 offices.
