A long-serving solicitor has been appointed managing director at a growing legal practice in West Yorkshire.
Laura Kurowski will now lead law firm Wilkinson Woodward Solicitors, taking over from Maureen Cawthorn, who steps down after 19 years in the role.
Ms Kurowski said: “Having spent my entire career at Wilkinson Woodward, it is an incredible privilege to take on the role of Managing Director.”
She joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2006 and became a director in 2014.
Ms Cawthorn added: “It has been an honour to lead Wilkinson Woodward for the past 19 years and to be part of the firm for more than three decades.”
