Office space to let for ambitious businesses

Bradford Chamber of Commerce are very pleased to announce that they now have a range of new offices to let in central Bradford.

In 2019 they embarked upon an exciting renovation project at their headquarters in Little Germany, Bradford, with help from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The objective of the project was to develop the top two floor of Devere House with attractive and affordable office spaces, ideal for small businesses.

Bradford Chamber are delighted to announce that the development is now complete and ready for your business to thrive in contemporary serviced office space. The offices are available on ‘easy in, easy out’ terms and feature kitchen areas, meeting rooms, secretarial services and Chamber member services onsite.

There are 12 office spaces available, ranging in size from 167 sq ft to 476 sq ft, with prices starting from £275 per month. If you would like to give your business a new home with the space to thrive, contact the Chamber.
