Titus, a leading eLearning company based in Salts Mill in Saltaire, has been awarded Silver Accreditation by Investors in People (IIP). This accolade follows their recent B Corp status, further affirming their dedication to their community and workforce.
The IIP are a standards management organisation which reviews the practices of UK businesses in relation to their employee wellbeing. Founded in 1991, the IIP has reviewed over 50,000 businesses worldwide and has operations in over 66 countries.
In order to achieve your IIP accreditation, each business has an external assessor who visits the workplace, reviews business practices, conducts interviews with team members and assesses the overall development opportunities, management support, and overall work life at the company.
A report after the review highlighted Titus’ leadership team, the culture of trust, respect, and collaboration it has fostered, growth opportunities for its employees and the attention the company provides to their overall well-being.
“We are incredibly proud of this achievement and want to congratulate our team for their hard work,” said Ellie Sharkey, Head of Marketing and Purpose. “This recognition reflects our commitment to proper business practices and to providing an exceptional work environment, which in turn allows us to deliver outstanding service to our customers.”
This accreditation follows the recent Titus announcement that it has been recognised as a B Corp organisation, a global movement that measures the organisation’s environmental and community social impact.
